Bridging language and culture in healthcare. Our Ojibwe medical translator helps ensure that Anishinaabe clients can communicate clearly and comfortably with health providers.
Indigenous Care Coordination
Our care coordinators work with you to make sure all parts of your health care are connected. We help manage referrals, follow-ups, and communications between providers so nothing falls through the cracks.
Maada'ookii Food Shelf
Maada’ookii means ‘to share with others.’ Our food shelf provides community members with access to food supports, recognizing that food security is a vital part of overall health and wellbeing.
